PANOPTIQUE ELECTRICAL is both an experimental studio project by Jason Sweeney and instrumentalist collaboration with musicians Noah Symons, Zoë Barry, Jed Palmer, Tristan Louth-Robins and visual artist Steve Phillips. For almost a decade Jason has been composing sound and music scores for live theatre, dance, film/video and installation projects. He is one half of the duos, Pretty Boy Crossover, School of Two and Luxury Gap. He also performs with the Australian band, Mist & Sea.

Jason has composed music for State Theatre Company of South Australia, Version 1.0, Tanja Liedtke, Closer Productions, Restless Dance Company, SOIT, Anuschka von Oppen, Unreasonable Adults and as part of installation projects, curated events and festival projects.

An album of a decade of collected works “Let the Darkness at You” was released in August 2008 on Australian label, Sensory Projects. “Yes To Fear, Yes To Desire” was released in August 2009, also on Sensory Projects.
